This is a really useful and very up to the minute vintage pattern for a shrug stole bolero which is so easy to make and yet so chic! They originally made it here is lovely colour stripes such as magenta and lime but you can make it plain in one colours, use stripes of whites, creams and neutrals for use at weddings for brides, (add beads and crystals for sparkle), or any combination of colours you wish- a great way to use up odds and ends of yarns as you could introduce different texture stripes too.

Vintage Visage have digitalised the actual vintage booklet so the typeface and font is exactly as it was originally published in the lovely vintage style, and also added an appendix with the translation of UK and USA crochet terms, yarn weights, and needle and hook sizes from vintage to modern and USA to UK. This will help you to understand which modern hooks, needles and yarns to use.

Vintage Visage offer a full email back up service for all our patterns for any queries, so you can buy with confidence. Our patterns are designed to be easily understood and a delight to make. Our mission is to enhance your creativity and get you making wonderful, wantable, items...
