About Vintage Visage

Welcome to the world of Vintage Visage and therefore vintage and vintage inspired patterns. We are a product of 3 generations of textile and needlecraft enthusiasts and specialists who have collected a huge range of needlecraft patterns- sewing, knitting, crochet, embroidery and many rare techniques- from the mid 19th century to the 1970s. We are now republishing some of those patterns for your delight and to inspire your creativity and each week the store will have more patterns added. If you are looking for anything specific please do get in touch as we are happy to see if we have it in our extensive archive not yet listed.

We hope that you will use our patterns not only to make the designs shown, but also to use them as a springboard for your own designs. Our mission is to give you the ideas and skills and information that you need to get you started so that you will be able to add your own unique style to the designs. Many of our customers make for themselves and their family but a growing number are looking to make items to sell. In the present economic climate it makes sense to take a skill that you have and enjoy and make some money from it. Craft fairs, gift shops, baby showers are all places where unique designs are needed to fill the shelves and sell to the public. Vintage Visage patterns can give you the inspiration to make that start.
