You will need to be an experienced but not advanced sewer because as it is an instant download we do not provide actual paper pieces, but the instructions tell you how to cut and measure your fabric to cut the simple shapes and then how to sew them together. Soft fabrics such as silk and satin work quite nicely for these, adn if you are an embroiderer- hand or machine- you might like to use embrodiered fabrci for a lovely unique look.
