Vintage 1940s summer espadrilles sandals crochet and sewing pattern

This is a pattern for a very cute pair of espadrilles sandals, summer shoes. The soles is crocheted in a very thick yarn (or several strands of yarn crocheted together) and the uppers are sewn on from sturdy fabric.
